Where Is Two Rivers Mansion?
Two Rivers Mansion: 3130 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 — in the Donelson neighborhood, about 15 minutes east of downtown Nashville near the airport corridor.
Two Rivers Mansion is an 1859 antebellum estate with extensive lawn — one of the better festival settings in Nashville. The festival moved here in 2026 after five years at Sevier Park in 12South, with more shade and on-site parking at the new venue.
Parking at Touch of Brews
Two Rivers Mansion has on-site parking — a significant upgrade from the festival’s old 12South home. Arrive early to get the closest spots.
If you’re driving, designate a driver — beer is the point of the festival. If you’re ridesharing both ways, budget $25–$40 round trip from downtown Nashville.
Touch of Brews Tips
- Arrive early for the best lawn spots. Early arrivals get the shadiest positions — important for a full late-September day outside.
- Bring a blanket. The grounds are lawn-based — a blanket is more comfortable than standing all day.
- Sunscreen is non-negotiable. September in Nashville is still summer-warm and you’re outside all day.
- Budget for beer separately. Admission doesn’t include pours — plan your beer budget as a separate line item.
- Buy early next year. In 2026, early-bird tickets were $25 through August, and a two-for-one deal ran through July.
