Bridgestone Arena parking doesn’t have to be the most stressful part of your night — if you know where to go before you leave home.
Bridgestone Arena hosts over 100 events a year — more than 40 Nashville Predators games, major concerts, award shows, and everything in between. That means the parking situation around the arena is well-established, with multiple official options at different price points and a few insider moves that most visitors never find out about. This guide covers all of it.
Bridgestone Arena: Quick Location Facts
Bridgestone Arena sits at 501 Broadway in the heart of downtown Nashville, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Broadway. It’s surrounded by garages, lots, hotels, and restaurants — the parking infrastructure is solid. The challenge is knowing which options are worth it and which ones will cost you more than your tickets.
Official Parking Options at Bridgestone Arena
Bridgestone Arena Attached Garage
Location: Corner of 6th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street — attached directly to the arena
Notes: The most convenient option but primarily reserved for those who purchase a parking pass with their Predators or concert tickets. Only 8 designated handicap spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 each. For everyone else, book in advance through the arena.
Music City Center Garage
Location: Adjacent to Bridgestone Arena, accessible off 6th Avenue within the Music City Center
Cost: Under $25
Notes: One of the best overall options for Bridgestone events. Covered, clean, well-run, and right next to the arena. Locals consistently recommend it. Book in advance when possible — it fills up on big event nights.
The Pinnacle Garage
Location: 150 3rd Ave S, two blocks from Bridgestone Arena near the corner of 3rd Ave South and Demonbreun St
Cost: Starting at $15, advance purchase available
Notes: A solid option two blocks out. Advance purchase spots available directly through the arena’s website.
First Baptist Church Lot
Location: Adjacent to Bridgestone Arena at the corner of 6th Avenue and Demonbreun
Cost: $25, advance purchase available
Notes: Right next to the arena — you’re paying for the convenience of the location.
Fifth Avenue of the Arts Garage
Location: Corner of 5th Avenue and Church Street, two blocks from the arena (up the hill)
Cost: $10 for Bridgestone Arena events, advance purchase available for Predators games
Notes: This is the budget pick for Bridgestone parking. $10 is significantly cheaper than most options this close to the arena. The catch: it’s up a hill, so the walk back after the event is uphill. Short walk, but worth knowing.
The Free Parking Hack Most People Miss
Here’s the one most visitors never find out about until a local tells them.
Nissan Stadium — Lot R — is free for Bridgestone Arena events.
Nissan Stadium is the home of the Tennessee Titans, located across the Cumberland River from downtown. For Bridgestone Arena events and Nashville Predators games, Lot R is open for complimentary parking with two options to get to the arena:
Option 1 — Shuttle: A two-way shuttle service runs every 15–20 minutes from Lot R to Bridgestone Arena, starting 2 hours before the event. The shuttle is operated by the Nashville Downtown Partnership for $3 per person round trip.
Option 2 — Walk: Park in Lot R and walk across the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge — about 10–12 minutes to the arena.
Free parking plus a $3 shuttle or a scenic 10-minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. For a family or group, the savings add up fast.
Note: Lot R will be locked after it closes, so don’t miss the last shuttle home.
Book in Advance: SpotHero and ParkWhiz
For any Bridgestone Arena event — especially Predators games, major concerts, and award shows — booking parking in advance is strongly recommended. Spots fill up, prices go up on the day of the event, and you don’t want to be circling downtown looking for a space when the show is about to start.
Both SpotHero and ParkWhiz cover multiple garages and lots near Bridgestone Arena. Compare rates on both before you commit — the better deal shifts depending on the event and date.

Tips for Bridgestone Arena Parking
Book before the day of the event. Prices and availability get worse the closer you get to showtime. SpotHero and ParkWhiz both let you lock in a rate days or weeks in advance.
The Fifth Ave of the Arts Garage is the best value near the arena. Ten dollars, two blocks away. Yes, it’s uphill on the way back. Walk slowly and enjoy the post-show energy.
Free parking at Nissan Stadium is legitimate. Don’t overlook Lot R just because it’s across the river. If you don’t mind a short walk or a $3 shuttle ride, it’s genuinely the best deal available for Bridgestone events.
Concert nights vs. Predators games. Both draw big crowds but concert nights can be more unpredictable with timing. For concerts, arrive earlier than you think you need to — Nashville crowds don’t do anything quietly.
Consider rideshare for big events. Lyft is the official rideshare partner of Bridgestone Arena. For a sold-out show where parking will be chaotic, dropping in via Lyft and not worrying about the car at all is worth considering.
The arena is right on Broadway. If you’re making a night of it — dinner on Broadway before the show, drinks after — park once, explore on foot, and don’t move your car until the night is done.
