Parking near Nissan Stadium — where the nightly concerts happen — is extremely limited. The official recommendation from CMA Fest organizers is to park downtown and walk or shuttle to the stadium, not to try to park near the stadium itself. That changes your whole approach. You’re not parking at the venue — you’re parking downtown and working from there.
CMA Fest 2026 runs June 4–7 in downtown Nashville, drawing over 80,000 attendees per day across multiple venues — Nissan Stadium for nightly headliner concerts, plus daytime stages at Riverfront Park, Walk of Fame Park, Bridgestone Plaza, and Fan Fair X at the Music City Center. With that many people flooding downtown over four days, parking requires a real plan.

Downtown Garages — Your Best Bet
The most reliable CMA Fest parking strategy is to book a downtown garage in advance and use it as your base for all four days.
Music City Center Garage — one of the largest garages downtown and closest to the daytime stages at Walk of Fame Park and Fan Fair X. CMA Fest officially recommends this garage through SpotHero. Book early — it fills fast during festival week.
Pinnacle Garage — 150 3rd Ave S, a few blocks from Bridgestone Arena and Broadway, well-positioned for both daytime and evening activities.

- Expect road closures. Several streets around Lower Broadway close to vehicle traffic during CMA Fest. Don’t rely on your usual downtown driving routes — build extra time into your arrival.
